Beverly Annette (Holloway) Evans

Beverly Annette Holloway Evans, age 67, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 9, 2026. She was born on August 12, 1958, to Bob and Betty Stanfill Holloway.

Beverly was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and nurse whose life was marked by compassion, strength, and joy. Before pursuing her nursing career, she was first and foremost a homemaker, lovingly raising her children and building a home centered on faith and family. She later faithfully served as a nurse for over 30 years, caring for others with dedication and a genuine love for her work.

Beverly enjoyed spending time with her family, riding four-wheelers, and embracing everyday life with laughter and lightheartedness. She especially loved cooking and baking for those she loved and was known as a wonderful cook and gracious hostess. Family gatherings were one of her greatest joys, and her kitchen was often the heart of the home.

She was united in marriage to the love of her life, Don Evans, on December 14, 1974, who preceded her in death.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, Bob and Betty Stanfill Holloway; her sister, Pamela Dooley Holloway; and her son, Scott Evans.

Beverly is survived by her son, Josh Evans (Christy); her cherished grandchildren, Mari Anne Evans Benson (Nathan), Alayna Evans, Colsen Evans, and Jayda Jordan; her great-grandchildren, Ainsley Cass and Ava Cass; and special nephews, Clay Holloway of Morris Chapel and Quade Holloway (Kelly) of Enville, Tennessee, and nieces Heather Brown and Holly Bowen along with other loving family members and dear friends.

Services celebrating her life will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Carmel Heights Baptist Church. Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM and continue until service time at the church.
