Carol (Stanton) Perkins

Carol Perkins, age 68, of Selmer, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on October 18, 2025, just two months after the passing of her beloved husband. Her departure marks the end of a loving chapter shared between soulmates, now reunited.

Born on October 7, 1957, in Dowagiac, Michigan, Carol was the daughter of the late Joyce Marie Powell Stanton and William Jonas Stanton. Her life was defined by her devotion to family, resilience, and quiet strength.

Carol was preceded in death by her husband, her son Jonas Allen Perkins, her brother Robert Lee Boik, her sister Linda Joy Bentley, and her parents.

She is survived by her daughter Louann Marie Perkins and her eight cherished grandchildren. Carol also leaves behind her brother Randall Lee Stanton and her sisters Olive Eva Stanton Palmer, Dolores Marie Stanton Bakken, Shelia Irene Stanton Meyer, and Alma Louise Boik, all of Michigan.

She will be remembered for the love she gave so freely and the family she held so dearly.
