Cynthia Ann Phillips, age 66, passed away at her residence in Savannah, TN, on February 10, 2024. She was born in Chula Vista, CA, August 4, 1957, to Lewis Earl  and Florence Stewart Floyd.

She was of the Catholic faith and a housewife.

She is survived by her husband Thomas (Tom) Phillips, two sons Thomas (Jaxx) Earl Whitaker (Jennifer), Kelvin Thomas Phillips of Ashburn, VA, two daughters, Samantha Marie Crites (Larry) of Olive Hill TN, Chelsea Phillips Hughes (Brady) of Counce, TN,

Two sisters Sheila Genung (Robert) of Poway, San Diego and Joyce Fogell of Providence, RI, eight grandchildren, Hannah Price, Abbey Price, Tanner Young, Evi-Jane Young, Brian Whitaker, Molly Murphy, Emily Schultz, and four great-grandchildren, Bo-Riley Murphy, Delta-Mae Nunley, Emma Sue Shultz, and Ida Lorraine Schultz.

She is preceded in death by her parents and one brother Carl Alan Floyd.
