Eddie Wayne White, age 70, passed away on June 25, 2025, at Adamsville Health and Rehab. He was born on April 6, 1955, to Arthur and Lou Higgins White.
Eddie was a mechanic by trade and spent much of his life fixing things with care and know-how. Whether it was cars or motorcycles, if it had an engine, he could probably get it running. He had a real love for motorcycles and was happiest when he had a fishing pole in his hand or was spending time out on the water. He also loved horses and had a deep appreciation for the quiet, simple parts of life.
He enjoyed nothing more than being surrounded by his loved ones—especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who brought him endless pride and joy. He was attended Gracepoint in Savannah and carried his faith with quiet strength.
Eddie is survived by his daughter, Tina White; grandchildren Chelsea Johnson, Chevy Lee, and Justin Lee; and great-grandchildren Ryder Lee, Kensley Lee, Isaiah Johnson, Gulianna Rose Johnson, and Ashlynn Brooke Lee. He is also survived by his brothers Donnie White and Edward White, sisters Debra White (Danny) and Bonnie White, and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Lou White, and his siblings William White, Shirley Robinson, and Patricia Davis.
