Faye Laeuna (Hancock) Wood

Faye Laeuna Hancock Wood, of Adamsville TN, was born on May 5, 1934, in Piggot, AR, to the late Ulyss Hancock and Beatrice Wilkinson. Faye was united in marriage to the love of her life Billy "Bull" Wood. After Mrs. Wood graduated high school she went on to earn her associates in business. She worked for Maybelline Cosmetics doing business development for many years. Mrs. Wood would later retire from Harvester. Faye had many hobbies that included reading, trout fishing, cooking, gardening. Some would even say her favorite past time would be nagging. She enjoyed team driving with her husband with her grandchildren in tow. Mrs. Wood departed this life peacefully on December 5, 2023. She was 89 years old.  Faye leaves behind a step-son, Bill Jr. Wood; granddaughters, Sheena Wood and Leslye McMeans; great-grandchildren, Rannon Baggett, Carlye Bagggett, Baleigh Livings,Caleb Livings; and 5 great-great grandchildren.  In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by in-laws Bob and Effie Wood; sons, Barry Alan Wood, Donald Ray Wood; and sister, June Spence.

Services for Mrs. Wood are to be determined.
