Gannon Cash Nerren, age 3, passed away on October 26, 2024, as the result of a tragic ATV accident that also claimed the lives of his beloved father, Justin Nerren, and his brother, Garrett Nerren. Born on January 22, 2021, to his loving parents, Justin Nerren and Janson Newman, Gannon’s life, though brief, was filled with laughter, joy, and boundless curiosity.
Gannon was a vibrant child who found endless delight in dinosaurs, his favorite fascination, and in all things fast and exciting. He shared a special bond with his father, spending countless happy moments together riding dirt bikes, ATVs, and anything with wheels. Gannon’s adventurous spirit was matched only by his love for his family. Whether playing with his siblings, Landon Newman and Abigail Stagner, or running through the backyard with wide eyes and a ready smile, Gannon brought joy to everyone around him.
Gannon is deeply mourned by his mother, Janson Newman, and her fiancé, Nicholas Coleman. He is survived by his siblings, Landon Newman and Abigail Stagner; his grandparents, Jason Newman (Tammy), David Wilson, Sr., Melissa Phillips, and Lisa Newman; his great-grandparents, Charles Wilson, Benny Isbell, James Wilson, and Glen Nerren (Tonya); and his father’s fiancée, Jordan Kinman. Gannon is also survived by his aunts, Destiny Baskins (Chris), Tiffany Watkins (Thomas), April Wilson, and Tamara Allen; his uncles, Austin Nerren, David Wilson, Jr., and Kenny Grantham; and his great-aunt Kelly Allen.
Gannon was preceded in death by his father, Justin Nerren; his brother, Garrett Nerren; his grandmother, Sherry Thomas; and great-grandparents, Minnie Isbell and Wilma Wilson.
A celebration of Gannon’s life will be held on Monday, November 4, 2024, at 6:00 PM at the Associated Family Funeral Home Chapel of Memories. Brother Jimmy Garrett will officiate the service.
