Heather Louis Manley, age 40, passed away on April 14, 2026. She was born on May 15, 1985, in Memphis, Tennessee, to James Roy Sweat and Lemona Croll Duncan.
Heather was a dedicated and hardworking technician who spent many years contributing her skills to the solar farm industry. She took pride in her work and the role she played in supporting sustainable energy. Heather held a strong belief in God. She found joy in the simple and meaningful moments—tattooing, tending to her garden, fishing, listening to music, and expressing herself through poetic writing. She loved watching sunsets, going for rides, and spending time in the water swimming. Above all, Heather cherished her children, who were the center of her world.
Heather is survived by her parents, Tim Duncan and Lemona Duncan; her sons, Shawn Anthony Johnson and Jasper Wayne Manley; her daughters, Gracie Jewel Johnson and Eliana Sky Johnson; and her sisters, Maggie Hale and Elizabeth Wilson. She also leaves behind many extended family members and friends who will miss her dearly.
Heather will be remembered for her free spirit, her creativity, and the love she gave so freely to those around her.
