Iris Violeta Castro

Iris Violeta Castro, precious daughter of Elaina and Jose Castro, passed away on October 31, 2025, at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital in Memphis, TN. She was born on September 30, 2025, at Regional One Hospital in Memphis.

Though her time on earth was brief, Iris brought immense joy and love to her family. Her sweet presence touched every heart that knew her, and her memory will forever be cherished.

She is survived by her loving parents, Elaina and Jose Castro; her grandparents, Jason and Shane Ferrell, and Jaime Castro; and her siblings, Elaina Dior Castro and Delilah Grace Castro. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Jose Castro Sr.

Private services will be held for the family.
