James (Jimmy) Daniel Lance Jr.

James Daniel “Jimmy” Lance, Jr., age 70, passed at his residence March 3, 2024.  Jimmy was born to James Sr. and Myrtle Robbins Lance, May 13, 1953 in Scotts Hill, TN.

 He was a self-employed carpenter and woodworker.  He was a traveling man having traveled all over the United States in his younger days.  An avid fisherman, he loved the Tennessee River and love the enjoyment it brought him.

He is preceded by his parents and a son, Jimmy Dewayne Lance.

Surviving him is one daughter, Belinda of Lawrenceburg, 2 brothers, Thomas “Tommy” Lance of Decatur Ville and Harold “Gene” Lance (Ann) of Sardis, 1 sister, Brenda Pruden (Terry) of Sardis.  Two grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Tuesday March 5th, 2024 at 3 pm at the Adamsville Chapel of Memories located at the Associated Family Funeral Home, LLC, 230 N. Maple St., Adamsville, TN

Burial will follow in Lebanon Cemetery at Sardis, TN.
