Pamela Williams Obituary

Rev. Pamela Kay Williams departed this life and claimed her healing on April 8, 2026. She was born in Selmer, TN, on January 31, 1960, to Willie Joe and Sabra Ann Whitley Wilbanks. She was one half of a whole because she was a twin.

She gave her life to Jesus in 1983 at Emmanuel Tabernacle Holiness Church. She loved to play the piano, organ, and accordion, and she loved singing praises to her Savior. She was a faithful servant of God. In 1998, she accepted her calling to preach and loved telling people what a mighty God she served. She was a prayer warrior for everyone. She attended Grace Apostolic Community Church (Sand Hill Holiness Church) for over 20 years.

She loved her children, grandchildren, and great granddaughter—they were her pride and joy. She loved talking on the phone to her mom and sister. You could always tell when her sister was being crazy and talking about something off the wall, because mom would say, “You are a nut!,” “Behave,” or “You won’t do.”

She loved gardening like her mom. Every year, she would have tomatoes, tommy toes, cucumbers, and peppers. She also loved to read, work puzzles, do jewel art, sew, and applique quilts.

She is survived by her son, Basil Williams, Jr.; daughter, Angelia Williams (Claudean); grandchildren, Katilynn Cruz, Maddox Williams, Alex Williams, and Sebastian Swinea; great granddaughter, Zoey Cruz; mother, Sabra Ann Wilbanks; four brothers, her twin Stanley Wilbanks (Bertha), Rev. Delphus Wilbanks, Rev. Steven Wilbanks (Cheryl), and Rev. Wathon Wilbanks (Maronda); one sister, China Lynn Horton; 14 nieces and nephews, and 8 great nieces and nephews, with one due in August. She also leaves her godchildren, Gina Russell (John), Carolyn Bradford, and Chrissy Arnold; her honorary grandchildren, Stephanie Porter, Kaleb Kirkpatrick, Autumn Bonadio, and Eric Russell; and two lifelong friends, Marilon Smith and Barbara Daughtery.

Services celebrating her life will be held on Sunday, April 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Emmanuel Tabernacle Holiness Church, 633 Tommy Sanders Rd, Stantonville, TN 38379.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 11, 2026, from 5:30 PM until, and again on Sunday from 11:00 AM until service time. Burial is in church cemetery.
