Randie Lynn Voyles, aged 49, of Philadelphia, Mississippi, formerly of Burnsville, MS, passed away on August 9, 2023, at Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo, Mississippi. He was born on February 5, 1974, to the loving embrace of Bobby Voyles and Bonnie Lambert Voyles. Randie's journey in this world was marked by his passion for culinary arts and his nurturing spirit. He leaves behind a legacy that will forever be cherished by those who knew and loved him.
With a heart full of compassion and a flair for the culinary arts, Randie pursued his passion for cooking, eventually becoming a skilled chef. He dedicated himself to his craft and was notably recognized for his managerial role at the Pearl River Resort Restaurant in Philadelphia. Randie's dedication, creativity, and commitment to his work left an indelible mark on the culinary landscape he so passionately embraced.
Randie's warm and caring nature extended beyond the kitchen, as he was a pillar of support and love within his family. He found strength and solace in the presence of his loved ones and cherished the moments he spent with his dad, his stepfather Robert Cole, his stepmother Vera Voyles, his sisters Carolyn Bandy (Roscoe), Vickie Voyles (Monty Reed), Bobbie Jean Barron (Michael), his brothers Ricky Voyles (Christine), Jon Jon Voyles, and his special friends and relatives Mary Voyles and Wayne Voyles.
While his physical presence may no longer grace our lives, Randie will forever reside in the hearts of those who shared his journey. He was preceded in death by his mother Bonnie Sue Lambert Cole and his grandparents, John W and Edith Lambert, and Tolbert and Mae Voyles. Their memory lives on as a testament to the roots from which Randie drew his strength.
Friends and loved ones are invited to join in honoring Randie's life during the funeral services, which will be held on Sunday, August 13, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. Visitation will precede the service, starting at 1:00 p.m. until the service time, at Associated Family Funeral Home in Adamsville, Tennessee. Burial will be in Harmony Hill Cemetery in Burnsville. As we gather to remember and celebrate Randie's life, let us also find comfort in the knowledge that his spirit will forever remain with us, a guiding light through the tapestry of memories he leaves behind.
