Ronald Presley Obituary

Ronald Gene Presley, 64, passed away on May 20, 2026. Born on March 20, 1962, in Selmer, Ronald was the son of the late Ronald Eddie Presley and Youvon Ervin Presley.

Ronald spent most of his life working as a self-employed logger, a profession that reflected his hardworking spirit and deep appreciation for the outdoors. He was a man who found joy in the simple pleasures of life — spending time with his beloved grandchildren, playing the guitar, fishing, and admiring old cars and tractors. His family and friends will remember him for his love of music, his strong work ethic, and the many memories shared around family gatherings and outdoor adventures.

He is survived by his loving wife, Darlene Wilkerson; his children, Darren Wilkerson, Sylvia Wilkerson, and Ashanti Wilkerson; and his cherished grandchildren, Kyler Reep, Kylee Wilkerson, Waylen Wilkerson, and Kenneth Wilkerson. He also leaves behind his brothers, Joel Presley, Richard Presley, and Rodney Presley; his sister, Sarah Jeanette Maness; along with a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends who will dearly miss him.

In addition to his parents, Ronald was preceded in death by his brother, Terry Lee Urvin, and his sister, Sylvia Lynn Presley.

Ronald’s memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. His legacy of love for family, music, and the outdoors will never be forgotten.
