Sammy Boyd Blackburn

Sammy Boyd Blackburn, age 46, of Adamsville passed away on May 15, 2024 at this residence. Sammy was born September 19, 1977 at Union City, TN, Dennis Blackburn (deceased) and Shirley Knight Willcutt  

He was self-employed as machinist and a welder. Sammy enjoyed music, hunting, working on cars and loved his dogs.

Sammy is survived by his father and mother, Leon and Shirley Willcutt from Adamsville, TN, his loving companion of 13 years, Mary Byrd, from Adamsville, TN, his son Samuel Lee Blackburn, his daughters, Hillary and Bella Blackburn all from Medina, TN, his brothers, Chris Willcutt (Sue) from Selmer, TN, Michael Willcutt from Adamsville, TN, his niece, Shasta Cowgill, and his nephew, Nicholas Willcutt both of Selmer, TN.

Funeral Services will be at 2:30 pm, Saturday, May 25, 2024 at the Childers Hill Pentecostal Church. Visitation will be at the church from 12:30 until service time on Saturday. Burial will be at the Willcutt Family Cemetery. Bro. Ben Henson will officiate.
