Wanda Faye (Broyles) Parrish

Wanda Faye Parrish (Broyles), age 75, departed this life on June 19, 2026. She was born on May 22, 1951, in Florence, Alabama, to the late Bobby Ancel Broyles and Nola Beatrice Vickery Broyles.

A lifelong resident of the Savannah area, Wanda was a hardworking and devoted woman who spent many years as a seamstress before later working in a variety of restaurant positions. She was a member of Souls Harvest Church of God and found great joy in the simple blessings of life. Wanda loved tending to her flowers, playing bingo, and spending time with the many friends she cherished at McKendree Oaks. Above all, she treasured her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her children, Jana Parrish, Rusty Parrish, and Kimberly Austin (Donald); her grandchildren, Stormy Yarbro (Jayni), Matthew Couch, Alex Parrish (Kenlee), Shasta Rickman, Knox Young, Ashton Austin, and Aden Austin; six great-grandchildren; her siblings, Barbara Carson, Ricky Broyles (Mia), Teresa Franks (Ronnie), and Elisa Foster; her sister-in-law, Donna Angotti Broyles; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

In addition to her parents, Wanda was preceded in death by her brothers, Gary Nichols and Kenneth Broyles.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at Souls Harvest Church of God in Savannah, Tennessee. Visitation with family and friends will be held prior to the service from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the church.
